Now, how are you going to stop someone that is underage from clicking on the yes button of that Age restriction? Of course you're not. I guess tho that they aren't liable once they have the warning up. Its a pretty tame app regardless nothing overly offensive to the common person wouldn't really call 'topless' or 'nude' Porn myself.
